How fast is the turnaround?
Standard is 48 hours. Express same-day service is available for an additional AED 25 on orders booked before 10am.
What if something is damaged or lost?
Every item is barcoded on collection. In the rare case of loss or damage, we cover up to 10× the cleaning cost — no quibbles.
Are the products eco-friendly?
Yes. We use plant-based, hypoallergenic detergents and recycle all hangers and garment bags returned to us.
How do I pay?
