One of the few entirely private hôtels particuliers remaining on the Rue de Varenne, this 1788 residence sits between courtyard and garden, classically à cour et jardin. The principal floor retains its original boiseries, three Italian-marble fireplaces, and a parquet de Versailles.

Behind the principal house, a small orangery has been restored as a winter library. The garden — by Camille Muller, 2016 — extends to nearly 600 sq m, exceptional for the arrondissement. The property has a self-contained two-bedroom staff apartment above the carriage house.
