Good rooms aren't decided. They're discovered.
- 01
Listen
We start with a long conversation. How you actually live, what you keep, what irritates you about your current home, what you've always wanted to try.
- 02
Site & Survey
We measure, photograph, and walk every room. Light is mapped at three times of day. Architecture, scale and flow get documented.
- 03
Two Directions
Two distinct design directions presented in full — moodboards, plans, materials, and key furniture pieces. You choose one to develop.
- 04
Refine & Specify
Every finish, fixture, fabric and piece of furniture is specified, drawn or sourced. Custom millwork goes to detail. Budget tracked to the pound.
- 05
Build & Procure
We coordinate trades, schedule deliveries, troubleshoot site issues, and quietly resolve the hundred small decisions a build asks for.
- 06
Install & Reveal
Furniture, art, styling, fresh linen and last-second flowers — handed over in one carefully composed reveal.
Restraint, not minimalism.
Rooms should feel layered and warm. Restraint means saying no to the wrong thing — not no to everything.
Slow over fast.
Good homes take time. We refuse to rush a brief, a build, or a budget — even when a client wants us to.
Heirlooms over trends.
We invest in the pieces you'll keep. Trends get used carefully, as accents — never as foundations.

A team of seven.
Two founding principals, three senior designers, a project manager, and a studio coordinator. Every project is led by a principal from first conversation through reveal day — never handed off.
Begin a conversation.
We meet every potential client before quoting — by tea, video or studio visit.
