Not at all. Most clients leave a key or smart-lock code. The same team comes back each visit, so the routine becomes familiar.

Do you bring everything?
Yes — products, microfibre cloths, vacuum and steamer. Tell us if you prefer we use your own products and we'll happily switch.

How do payments work?
We invoice at the end of each month, with a card on file for recurring clients. One-off visits are paid on completion.

Cancellation?
Reschedule for free up to 24 hours ahead. After that, a 50% retainer applies so the team is still paid for the held window.
