Q. Do you do deshedding for double-coated breeds?
Yes — it's one of our most requested add-ons. Allow an extra 45 minutes on top of a full groom.
Q. My dog is anxious at the groomer. Can you help?
Always. We work one pet at a time in a quiet room, with no cages or dryers running in the background. Tell us in the notes and we'll plan a slower first visit.
Q. Do I need to bring vaccination records?
Yes, please. We need an in-date rabies and DHPP (or feline equivalent) on first visit. Email a copy ahead or bring on the day.
Q. What's your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your slot. Inside 24 hours we charge 50% of the booked service.
Q. Do you groom cats?
Yes — we have one of the only dedicated cat grooming chairs in Khalifa City. Bath, deshed, mat removal and nails.
