Standard consults are 30 minutes. Complex cases, longer. We block out time so we never rush you.

Fear-free first
Every team member is fear-free trained. We slow down so your pet stays calm.

Honest medicine
If a treatment isn't needed, we say so. If a referral is better, we make it.

Written estimates
Nothing is done without a written estimate signed by you. Ever.
