Bookings
Stayloom acts as the booking platform between guest and host. Confirmed bookings form a contract between the guest and the host, with Stayloom handling payment, support and protection.
Payments
All payments are processed in AED via licensed UAE payment partners. Funds are held in escrow until 24 hours after check-in.
Cancellations
Each listing displays its cancellation policy. Most listings allow free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in.
Host responsibilities
Hosts must provide accurate descriptions, photography reflective of the property, and access exactly as agreed.
Privacy
We collect only the data needed to confirm and support your booking. We never sell personal information to third parties.
