Charter Terms
All charters are subject to weather, sea state and operational discretion of the captain. Full payment is due 7 days before departure; bookings within 7 days require payment on confirmation.
Cancellations
Cancellations made more than 14 days before departure receive a full refund less a 5% admin fee. Inside 14 days, 50% is retained. Inside 48 hours, 100% is retained. Weather cancellations by us — full refund or rebook at no charge.
Sales & Brokerage
All listings are subject to prior sale, price change or withdrawal without notice. All sale prices are quoted plus applicable VAT and registration fees. Buyer is responsible for survey and sea trial costs unless otherwise agreed.
Management
Management contracts run for a minimum 12 months. Monthly retainers are billed in advance. Owners receive transparent line-item accounts every month and may terminate with 60 days' notice after the initial period.
Privacy
We collect contact details only to respond to your enquiry and operate your charter, sale or management relationship. We do not sell data and do not share information with third parties except as required by UAE law. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@yachtsea.ae.
Cookies
We use a minimal set of first-party cookies for session and preference handling. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
