The menu moves with the harvest.
Coffee is seasonal. The Colombia on bar this month won't be the same lot next month — and that's the point. We rotate single origins as they peak and retire them when they don't.
If you'd like to know what we're cupping this week, ask any of the team. They taste everything before it goes on the menu.
