The short version
A café that takes its time, and yours too.
Roost opened in 2021 in a converted warehouse on Alserkal Lane. We roast our own house blend a few kilos at a time, bake everything in-house, and only put things on the menu we'd happily eat ourselves.
There's no wifi password on the wall. Bring a book.
